DG KU MAZWA (better known as Dayangku Mazwa) began her academic journey by obtaining a Diploma in Public Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Kota Kinabalu. Motivated by a strong interest in the law and its practical applications, she pursued and completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) at UiTM Shah Alam. She commenced her legal career at Boon Chew Chambers, undergoing her pupillage under the mentorship of our founding partner, Boon Seong. Upon her call to the Malaysian Bar in March 2025, she continued her legal practices with the firm a Legal Associate. Dayangku’s primary area of practice is conveyancing, loan documentations and estate planning and administration. She has experience in handling real estate transactions involving both individual and corporate clients, and is well-versed in the drafting and execution of sale and purchase agreements. She is actively involved in housing project transactions where she advises both the Developers and the End-Financiers. Her responsibilities include liaising with key stakeholders such as financial institutions, developers, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
