BOON SEONG is the founder and senior partner of the firm and he has been actively practiced as an advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2010. He was the founding committee members of Bar Council Constitutional Law Committee andhe led the publication of the inaugural Mandarin Federal Constitution Handbook during his service to the Bar Council. BOON SEONG focuses on corporate & commercial law, real estate law, and energy law, covering both in contentious and non-contentious matters. He also specializes in renewable energy and technology related industry. He advises in solar energy purchase agreement, joint venture solar assets agreement, solar assets maintenance agreement, electric vehicle charging facility agreement and many others. He is recognized for his strategic insights and impactful counsel in navigating complex legal challenges.

- Represented a foreign-owned company in the acquisition of controlling stake in a heavy industry product manufacturing business from a MNC company with consideration above RM 40 million.
- Represented a startup company in a series of equity financing exercises with investment amounting to RM25 million with one of the investor listed in Fortune Global 500 Company.
- Represented a KLSE main board listed company in negotiating the terms and conditions of the joint-venture cum shareholders agreement with State Government-Linked Company.
- Represented a public-listed consumer products company in negotiating the terms and conditions of the corporate financing package with existing financial institutions in debt restructuring exercise.
- Represented an investment holding company in acquiring all shares of an established industrial equipment group companies both in Singapore and Malaysia with consideration above RM 50 million.

- Represented Hong Kong based logistics company in negotiating the terms and conditions of the integrated logistics agreement with the world leading FMCG company.
- Advising one of the major electric vehicle charging facility supplier in its charging facility related transaction including represents client in the contract negotiation with car manufacturers, utility companies and property developers and etc.
- Represented one of the leading and pioneer XR solution providers in its various supply and content licensing contracts with a major telecommunications service provider during Malaysia's early 5G adoption phase.
